The Role in a Nutshell
You’re not just a Team Leader—you’re the captain of a crew keeping the turbines turning and the energy flowing. You’ll mentor, motivate, and mobilize your team of Service Technicians, ensuring safety is second nature and maintenance runs like a well-oiled gearbox. Think of yourself as part field expert, part coach, and part safety superhero.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • A valid driver’s license (you’ll need to get to those turbines).
  • You've got Level 2 training and AT status—basically, you know your stuff.
  • Bonus points for people management experience—but a great attitude is essential.
  • Strong technical skills and a rock-solid commitment to safety.

Soft Skills That Matter
  • Master of time and task juggling.
  • Communication ninja.
  • Cool under pressure, sharp under scrutiny.
  • Tech-savvy and spreadsheet friendly.
  • Skilled at solving problems and smoothing over conflicts.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Rocking Day-to-Day
Service & Tech Stuff

  • Conduct inspections and routine maintenance like a boss.
  • Troubleshoot turbine tantrums—electrical, mechanical, or otherwise.
  • Lead special missions like onboarding new turbines and major component swaps.
  • Keep the paperwork and digital logs cleaner than a turbine blade.

Stock & Supplies
  • You’re the go-to for spare parts—order what’s needed before it’s needed.
  • Keep regional stock levels smooth and steady.

Customer Relations
  • Be the friendly face and reassuring voice to on-site customers.
  • Keep them updated—no surprises, just solid service.

Safety & Quality
  • Build a bulletproof safety culture. No shortcuts.
  • Review and enhance QHSE procedures like a pro.
  • Keep an eye on vehicles and equipment to make sure they’re shipshape.

Leadership That Lifts
  • Guide and grow Technicians—from greenhorns to AT legends.
  • Run regular team meetings (a.k.a. toolbox chats).
  • Share knowledge, encourage feedback, and celebrate wins.
  • Spend a day every two weeks out of the field—planning, reporting, and levelling up your team.
